Reimbursement and return policy
Products that have been opened or used within the 10-day period after purchase will not be accepted. If you would like to return the product, you should contact our commercial department for returns and reimbursements after receiving the package regardless of payment method. The shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The following returns are not permitted:

The device is guaranteed by Naturmedical Bv. during the first 12 months after purchase, covering possible material or manufacturer defects. If it is determined that the product was defective, Naturmedical will repair or replace the product free of charge during the first 12 months after purchase. After the guarantee period has passed, users will be responsible for repairs and possible pieces that need to be repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not cover possible damage that occur because of natural causes, incorrect use, negligence, accident, or modification of any product part. This guarantee does not cover damage derived from operation or incorrect maintenance, connections to inadequate voltages, or repairs done by anyone that is not an employee of Naturmedical Bv.
