    The device is guaranteed by Venus Medical during the first 12 months after your purchase, of which covers possible defects in the material or fabrication. If it’s determined that the product was defective, Naturmedical will fix or replace it with another one, without charging you in the aforementioned time of warranty. After the guarantee has ended, the user must pay for the repairs and possible parts that need fixed or substituted. This guarantee does not cover possible damages by natural causes, erroneous use, negligence, accident, or modification of any part to the product. This guarantee does not cover damages derived from incorrect operation, connections to inadequate voltages, or repairs made by any person not related to Venus Medical.
